SUPPORT FOR WINDOWS XP AND OFFICE 2003 ENDED

Since April 8th Windows XP and Office 2003 went out of support. As a result, there is no new security updates, non-security hotfixes, free or paid assisted support options, or online technical content updates.

A lot of customers already came to the store to replace their computer that had Windows XP. We invite those who did not replace it already to come to the store and we will be pleased to help chose either a used computer with Windows Vista or Windows 7 or a new computer with Windows 8. If you have important data that you want us to transfer on the new computer do not forget to bring your old computer. We also do recycling so you can bring it for recycling.

CONSEQUENCES

Even if Windows XP and Office 2003 will still be working after the 8th of April, Microsoft won't do any updates. Running Windows XP SP3, Office 2003 in your environment after their end of support date may expose your information to potential risks and high risks of being infected by malware.
